Mark Cochran, DC, AP
Mark first became aware of Sacro Occipital Technic as a patient when he was a captain in the US
Marine Corps. He already knew the value of chiropractic care and found himself amazed at how
superior SOT was to the other techniques he had experienced (although they had served him
very well). Years later, upon retiring from the Marines, Mark enrolled at Palmer College of
Chiropractic knowing he wanted to become an SOT doctor. He was in the SOT club for his entire
stint at Palmer, and served as the club president during his 4th through 6th trimesters. He also
served as a teaching assistant in the Technique Department and as a clinical teaching assistant.
Dr. Mark graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2001.
His teaching, public speaking and leadership credentials are many. Among them: while a major
in the Marines he was named the Instructor of the Year at the US Army Field Artillery School;
while a member of Toastmasters International, he won numerous awards for motivational and
humorous speaking, achieved Distinguished Toastmaster, and was named Area Governor of the
Year; he presented a TEDx talk entitled “Change Your Story, Change Your Health,” at TEDx
Spokane, Washington.
He is the author of the award-winning book, Oby’s Wisdom; A Caveman’s Simple Guide to
Holistic Health and Wellness. In addition to his Chiropractic practice, Mark serves as board chair
for Friends of Scotchman Peaks Wilderness, a wilderness advocacy nonprofit.
Dr. Mark has been in private practice in northern Idaho since 2001. He currently has offices in
Sandpoint and Hayden, Idaho. He and his wife, Cricket Windsong, and their cat, Aiki, delight in
living, loving, working and playing among the towering peaks, sparkling lakes and resplendent
forests of the Idaho panhandle.

Leo Hart, DC, AP was born and raised in South Florida. Growing up as a 2 sport athlete through high school, regular chiropractic visits were always a part of his family’s health care. It was only natural that as a college student deciding on a career in medicine, the chiropractic philosophy of vitalism and whole body health and wellness seemed like the perfect fit. As a student in chiropractic college, a family illness led Dr. Leo on the path of learning functional medicine. When all other treatments had failed this family member, she was healed through nutrition and lifestyle intervention. Dr. Hart now provides over 20 years of Chiropractic knowledge and practice as a 1998 graduate of Life University in Marietta Georgia. It has been and continues to be, a lifetime of learning the most cutting-edge therapies that are available today. This includes hundreds of hours in a study in advanced techniques and specifically advanced certification in Sacro Occipital Technique. Dr. Hart now sits on the board of directors of the Sacro Occipital Research Society International (SORSI), and serves as an instructor for their regional and national seminars.

He wrote several papers outlining methods of SOT® that worked toward his earning a Fellowship in 1993. He conducted a project using a chiropractic force table that measured the pressures applied in Cervical Stairstep Technique. It was accepted by RACC as a presentation at the Baltimore conference in the spring of 2019.
Nina Kennedy, DC, CP

Your relief is most important to us. Chocked off nerves can be damaging over a long period of time. At Enhanced Living we can care for you with little pressure and force, in order to get your nervous system working again. Most people experience reduced pain, some can even notice after visiting the office that other symptoms go away (allergies, headaches, etc.). This is why we know that chiropractic is not only good for back pain and posture, but it is also good for your life.
The techniques Dr. Kennedy uses allows for gentle, accurate adjusting every time. When getting adjusted, some people know chiropractors “crack” and “pop” their back. The “cracks” and “pop” heard by means of a chiropractic adjustment is only one way you can determine a bone has moved. The “cracks” and “pop” are not always heard since it is only a gas exchange between the tissues in the joint space. We use the palpation of spastic muscles, muscle testing and range of motion to determine if the adjustment has been made. X-rays also maybe necessary for proper identification spinal function
Dr. Kennedy has study a variety of ways to adjust the spine including: Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, Networks, Bio-Geometric Integration (BGI), Sacro-occipital Technique (SOT®) and Upper-Cervical Toggle. Dr. Kennedy’s technique of choice is SOT® Method.

James M. Weber DC, CC was born and raised in Dittmer, MO on my families dairy farm. I had never been to a chiropractic office before starting chiropractic school. I knew I wanted to help people since I was young, after starting my first trimester of chiropractic school I knew I was in the right place because I could help people with my bare hands and personal knowledge.
While in my third trimester at Logan College of Chiropractic I began my intense study of Sacro Occipital Technic (SOT®). SOT® Method, unlike most chiropractic techniques is a whole body analysis which incorporates chiropractic, while blending osteopathy, craniopathy, and organ/soft tissue reflex manipulation along with it.
In 2010, I received my Sacro Occipital Technic basic certification from Sacro Occipital Research Society International.
Through additional studies outside basic chiropractic curriculum I received my Internal Health Specialist certification as well as a Cranial and Pediatric certification. Throughout school I attended seminars advancing my knowledge and understanding in Functional Blood Chemistry, Brain and Neurotransmitter, & Functional Endocrinology.
I especially enjoy working with chronic cases that other doctors have said the words, “You will have to live with this…” I wish I could say I specialize in one particular area/region of the body but I cannot because all parts are connected and work together. If you, the reader are seeing a specialist for some health related issue than there is at least a 50% chance that they are missing a critical component to your health.
