SORSI takes great pride in the way that it is aligned with the International Alliance (SOTO-I) in its educational material, seminars, and global certification. SORSI is the only organization in North America that is a member of the International Alliance and is qualified and approved to teach SOT® Methods.

This seminar will provide a brief history of Saco Occipital Technic®, followed by an in-depth discussion of the anatomy and physiology of the spine and pelvis in relation to the Category system. In this seminar, attendees will learn how to assess, diagnosis, and integrate the Category system into their current practices.

Hour 1: Introduction, history of SOT®, anatomy and physiology, and overview of the Category system

Extremities and Perinatal Care- Extremity analysis and adjusting techniques according to SOT Methods PLUS advanced pelvic corrections.

This course will explore additional perinatal care including prenatal and postpartum corrective exercises, soft tissue work, diagnosis of common conditions, and of course, extremity adjusting!

Pediatrics- Making the results of chiropractic make sense.

In this course, you will learn how to perform a detailed exam, spinal adjusting techniques, primitive reflex tests and corrections, basic CMRT, and an introduction to cranial adjusting.

INSTRUCTOR BIOGRAPHIES

Dr. Corey Neill, C, AP was born in Moundville, Alabama where he attended Hale County High School before graduating from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Environmental Sciences. Upon graduating, he moved to Davenport, Iowa to study Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic. During his time at Palmer, Dr. Neill organized several seminars to further improve his technical skills and knowledge about the human body. Dr. Neill also served as a Student Council Representative and the President of the Sacral Occipital Technic Club. After completing the requirements for his degree of Doctor of Chiropractic, he worked as an extern under Dr. John Farmer at Green Springs Chiropractic Center. He is a member of SORSI™ and ICPA (International Chiropractic Pediatric Association). Dr. Neill is also a certified SOT Methods provider and a Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Dr. Neill is passionate about helping people overcome all varieties of ailments with an emphasis on pediatric, pregnancy and prenatal care. Away from the office he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and is the youth pastor at Soma Church in Holt.

EVENT REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Beginning in 2022, we have implemented a strict refund policy. There are no refunds for event tickets including CE fees.

If SORSI cancels an event, participants would be eligible for a Refund or credit to the next like event within one year.

HOMECOMING & MIDYEAR

As a one-time courtesy, tickets may be deferred to the next Homecoming or Mid Year event. You MUST contact [email protected] PRIOR to the event to defer your ticket to the next event. The deferred ticket must be used for a SORSI annual event within a year of the event you are deferring. No Exceptions.

Any additional registration fees due for the deferred event must be paid at the time the ticket is deferred. If the event fee is less than the original fee, there is no refund for unused funds.

If you are unable to attend the event your ticket was deferred to, your fee then becomes a donation to the organization. We appreciate your support and attendance at our events.  

IN PERSON SEMINARS

As a one-time courtesy, tickets may be credited for one of the next In Person Seminars.

You MUST contact [email protected] PRIOR to the event to defer your ticket. No Exceptions. This deferment is to be used within one year of the In Person Seminar you were unable to attend. You may use the credit for any In Person Seminars scheduled during that year, including Homecoming or Midyear.

All webinar attendees are given access to the webinar recordings. If you are unable to attend a webinar, you will have access to the recording. Registrations and CE fees for Webinars are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
