CLASS DESCRIPTION

Beyond Physical Alignment: How SOT® Supports Emotional Resilience in Clinic Patients:

Main Approach: Integrating NeuroEmotional Technique & CMRT in Sacro Occipital Technique

Emotional Resilience through Mind-Body Reflex Integration

This class explores the powerful synergy between NeuroEmotional Technique (NET) principles and Chiropractic Manipulative Reflex Technique (CMRT) as applied within the framework of Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT®).

Participants will learn how unresolved emotional stress forms Neuro Emotional Complexes (NECs) that can become physiologically “locked” in the body, contributing to subluxation patterns, visceral reflexes, and disrupted nervous system function. You will discover how NET’s mind-body approach—using muscle testing, meridian principles, and emotional pattern identification—complements and enhances CMRT’s organ-visceral-spinal reflex work and SOT®’s foundational sacral-occipital and cranial analysis.

Key topics include:

  • Understanding Neuro Emotional Complexes (NECs) and their physiological basis in the nervous system
  • How emotions influence vertebral subluxations, occipital fiber indicators, and viscerosomatic/somatovisceral reflexes addressed in CMRT
  • Practical integration: Using NET protocols to identify and release emotional contributions to CMRT reflex patterns
  • Combining muscle testing, pulse/point analysis, and reflex assessment to create more complete corrections within SOT® Categories and cranial-sacral dynamics
  • Clinical applications for addressing emotional stress that underlies recurring structural, pelvic, or cranial imbalances
  • Safe, ethical ways to incorporate these tools for deeper patient outcomes in emotional resilience and overall well-being

Through lecture, demonstration, case discussions, and hands-on practice, you will gain tools to bridge the emotional and structural aspects of care. The focus is on helping the body release stored emotional patterns so that SOT® and CMRT adjustments hold better and support lasting nervous system balance.

Who it’s for: Chiropractic practitioners, SOT®-certified doctors, advanced students, or those training in NET who want to deepen their integration of emotional and reflex-based techniques.

What you’ll take away: Clear protocols for identifying when emotional factors are driving CMRT/SOT findings, practical integration strategies, and enhanced ability to support patients’ emotional resilience through precise, holistic chiropractic care.

This class emphasizes the whole-person approach: clearing emotional imprints to restore optimal sacral-occipital flow, reflex balance, and innate healing capacity.
