Meet the SORSI Instruction Team, a group of highly dedicated, specialized SOT® Chiropractors.

Andrew Bourne, DC, AP
Andrew Bourne, DC, AP, is a graduate of Trinity - Class of 1991 and Logan College of Chiropractic in 2000. Wanting to combine Chiropractic and traditional Acupressure, he started his private practice in 2001 and has always worked independently here in Louisville, KY. Outside of the office, Dr. Bourne spends time with his daughter and son. He also loves to Golf, play Guitar, and practice Kung Fu!

Ann Oldham Michael, BS, DC, CC
Dr. Michael has 25 years of experience as a chiropractor, with extensive post graduate studies. She holds advanced post graduate certifications in Applied Kinesiology from the International College of Applied Kinesiology (ICAK), Certified Craniopath of International Craniopath Society (ICS), Cranial Sacral from the Uplendger Foundation. She is an internationally certified Sacral Occipital Technic (SOT®) instructor and examiner.
Dr Michael enjoys treating the whole body and calls her style of work “ Structural Balancing”. Her treatment incorporates cranial work. Since the pelvis is the foundation of the spine, a main focus is on pelvis dysfunction, but she also examines the rest of the spine, extremities and visceral reflexes.
Dr. Michael enjoys skiing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, theater and dance. She has been practicing yoga since 1976, teaching hatha yoga since 1996 and has been a certified yoga instructor since 2008. Dr Michael practices in Mt. Shasta, CA.

Austin Fletcher, DC, AP
Austin grew up in Maxwell, and after graduating from Maxwell High School he attended the University of Nebraska-Kearney. He went to chiropractic school at Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri where he earned his bachelor of science degree and later his doctorate of chiropractic.
After graduating from Logan University Austin moved back to Kearney to go to work with a doctor he had considered a mentor while attending UNK, Dr. James Sheen. “I worked for him for about a year and decided I wanted to open up my own place,”

Beth Forgosh, DC, CC
Dr. Beth Forgosh has been practicing chiropractic for 26 years. She is a certified SORSI Craniopath, ICPA-certified in pregnancy and pediatrics, and specializes in Sacro Occipital Technique® (SOT®), which she loves for its brilliant capacity to heal the human body. She maintains a private practice in New York City and is happily developing a new location to experience life and practice in the rolling hills and horse country of northern Kentucky.

Bob Apol, DC, CC
I began my undergraduate studies at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI, majoring in Health Sciences. I went on to complete my chiropractic education at Life Chiropractic University in Marietta, GA.
When I began my chiropractic education, I thought chiropractic care was all about bones and muscles. While that’s only part of it, I was amazed at the far-reaching effects that chiropractic has in a person’s ability to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
My post-graduate education is in Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), Cranial Therapy and I have a special passion for the proper neurological development in children.
I’ve had the pleasure of teaching other chiropractors what I do here in the US and internationally in the UK and Australia.

Brad Kuntz, DC, DICS
Brad Kuntz, DC, DICS graduated from Northwestern College of Chiropractic in December of 1990. Dr. Kuntz has continued his post graduate studies in the field of craniopathy. Craniopathy has expanded his scope of practice to include a multitude of head (cranial) conditions and head injuries. In addition to cranial work, Dr. Kuntz also works on numerous organ / visceral health issues: For most health issues, once the underlying source of the ailment is discovered, a specific program of repair can be implemented. In addition to the standard chiropractic care our patients are offered advanced care options when the need arises.

Brent Bondurant, DC, AP
Brent Bondurant, DC, AP is a Wyoming native who graduated cum laude from Life Chiropractic College West in 2005. In 1999 he graduated with a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Wyoming where he was a scholarship student athlete.
Dr. Bondurant received his Advanced Certification in SOT ® Method from SORSI in 2020.
He has practiced in Laramie, Wyoming since 2006 with an SOT ® Method focused all-ages practice. Dr. Bondurant enjoys hiking in the mountains, fly fishing, gardening and spending time with his family and pets.

Brittany King, DC, CC
Dr. Brittany King, originally from Breckenridge, Colorado, has lived in Barcelona since 2008. Raised in the Rocky Mountains, she developed a deep appreciation for nature, community, and the body’s innate intelligence. In her free time, she enjoys skiing, trekking, yoga, meditation, dancing, and travel.
After living in Costa Rica, Ireland, the Virgin Islands, and Spain, she discovered chiropractic and graduated as part of the first class of the Barcelona College of Chiropractic. Passionate about helping others, she believes in the body’s natural ability to heal and feels honored to support patients on their path to health.
Brittany joined the Pura Vida Quiropráctica team in 2015 and earned her advanced certification in SOT technique in 2020. She continues her studies toward becoming a Craniopath.

Bryson Colt Wilbanks, DC, CC
Dr. Colt grew up in Selmer, Tennessee where he first learned about chiropractic after sustaining various weightlifting injuries. Dr. Colt attended Logan University and graduated in 2016.
Dr. Colt has a passion for educating not only his patients, but students and other doctors as well. Dr. Colt is an Adjunct Instructor for Logan University.
In his spare time, Dr. Colt enjoys weightlifting, watching sports, BBQing, and spending time with friends and family.

Chris Pepitone, DC, AP
Chris Pepitone, DC, AP graduated Cum Laude from Life Chiropractic College West to receive his Doctorate in Chiropractic. He also received his Bachelors of Science from Rutgers University. Dr. Chris has a passion for utilizing functional anatomy, biomechanics, neurology, and physiology. With a strong emphasis in Sacro Occipital Technic (SOT®), and a research-oriented mind, he treats a range of disorders and syndrome from head to toe.
He has been with his wife for over ten years and they have three kids Nyla, Mazalynn, and Rafael. He loves to read, hike, exercise and spend time with his family.

Corey Neill, DC, CC
Dr. Corey Neill, DC, CC, graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2017, where he served as president of the Sacro Occipital Technic Club. During his preceptorship with Dr. John Farmer, DC, FICS, he further developed his expertise in SOT® Method.
After graduation, Dr. Neill established Tuscaloosa Chiropractic in Alabama, focusing on perinatal and pediatric care. He is Webster-certified through the ICPA, certified in Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise, Master Certified in Primitive Reflex Integration through Harkla, and currently serves on the SORSI Board of Directors.
Outside of practice, Dr. Neill enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, serving in his local church, and mentoring future chiropractors.

Dakota Malzewski, DC, CP
Dr Dakota has been active in SORSI since she was in her first year of school at Palmer, Davenport, IA and now serves on the board of directors for SORSI. She graduated in 2019 and practices in Wisconsin. She is passionate about caring for the pediatric and perinatal populations and loves using SOT® Methods as her primary method of analysis to assess and care for each body’s unique individual needs.

Dan Tuttle, DC, CC
Dr. Tuttle is a dually licensed Chiropractic Physician & Licensed Clinical Social Workerin Clearwater, Florida, combining his knowledge and skills in often creative ways to help patients. His love of SOT® started as a patient and he studied SOT® beginning his first quarter at Life University where he graduated in 2017. His work on the research track was the first three arm randomized sham-controlled blinded study to show the effect of SOT® on brain function using quantitative electroencephalography. He is a Certified Craniopath who uses craniopathy on all of his patients, but specializes in cranio-dental cases including TMD and has advanced training in cranial-occlusal analysis. In addition, he is also a licensed diplomate in (qEEG-DL), a certification held by only about 100 people in the world. Dr. Tuttle's passion lies in combining his expertise across disciplines in order to address the root cause of his patients' problems, whether it be the mind, brain or body.

Daniel J. Madock, DC, DICS
Daniel J. Madock, DC, DICS, has been helping people live pain free since in his clinic in Temple Terrace and the Tampa area for 30 years. Dr. Dan is a graduate of the University of South Florida and the Palmer College of Chiropractic. He has lectured on chiropractic and cranial adjusting techniques nationally and internationally. He is the author and developer of Iso-Cranial technique. He has been a member and/or officer of the University Area Civitan Club, The North Tampa Chamber of Commerce, the Temple Terrace Chamber of Commerce, the Florida Chiropractic Association and the Hillsborough Chiropractic Society.

David Lester, DC, CP
I've been a chiropractor for over 22 years, and it continues to be one of the most rewarding professions I could imagine. I am committed to ongoing learning and feel privileged to help people become healthier, happier, and more engaged in their lives.
Using a gentle chiropractic approach, I care for patients of all ages—from newborns to seniors—and have had the opportunity to help individuals with a wide range of health concerns. I especially enjoy caring for generations of families and athletes who seek to improve their health, performance, and overall well-being.
Our goal is not simply to relieve pain, but to help people function better, do more, and enjoy life to its fullest.

David Simmons, DC, AP
With more than 35 years of experience as both a chiropractor and educator, Dr. Simmons is known for his depth of knowledge, gentle approach, and skilled application of care. He graduated with honors from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles in 1979 and has been dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting health ever since.
While studying, Dr. Simmons became deeply involved in Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT® Method) and was among the final instructors trained directly by the technique’s founder, Dr. M.B. DeJarnette. Although SOT ® Technic is his primary focus, he is also trained in Diversified, Graston, Activator Methods®, Cranial techniques, and Therapeutic Ultrasound.

Deirdre D'Antonio, DC, DICS
Deirdre L. D’Antonio, DC, DICS, graduated from Palmer Chiropractic College, Davenport, Iowa in 1982; and began attending the SORSI Homecoming Conference in Omaha the same year. She has served as Chairman of the SORSI Board of Chiropractic Examiners and a lead instructor at the Homecoming Conference for years. She is a SOT (R) International Certified Craniopath, recipient of the SOT(R) International Chiropractor of the Year Award, and the SOT(R) International Lifetime Achievement Award. She has practiced in Arkansas, Alaska, Oregon and Montana; and currently has an office in Medford, Oregon.

Erica Jorde Johnson, DC, CP
Dr. Jorde received her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwester Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN. She receive a Bachelor of Science degree from Valley City State University in Valley City, North Dakota.
Upon graduation, Erica returned to her home town of Towner, ND to begin her practice with the Sandhills Community Health Center. Sandhills Community Health left Towner in the Fall of 2012. Rather than leave the community without health options, Dr. Jorde created Towner Health & Wellness and reopened under the name Align Chiropractic.
Dr. Jorde is dedicated to becoming a contributing member of the community. She currently serves on the volunteer EMT crew, is a member of the chamber of commerce, volunteers with athletics and FFA at the local high school and has written many health and wellness articles published in the local newspaper.

James Weber, DC, CC
Dr. James M. Weber, DC, CC, was raised on his family’s dairy farm in Dittmer, Missouri. Inspired by a lifelong desire to help others, he discovered chiropractic while attending Logan College of Chiropractic and quickly realized he could make a meaningful impact through hands-on care and clinical knowledge.
During chiropractic school, Dr. Weber began an intensive study of Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT®), a whole-body approach that integrates chiropractic, osteopathy, craniopathy, and soft tissue reflex techniques. In 2010, he earned his basic SOT® certification through SORSI.
He has also completed advanced training in internal health, cranial and pediatric care, functional blood chemistry, neurotransmitters, and endocrinology. Dr. Weber is especially passionate about helping patients with chronic conditions by addressing the body as an interconnected system rather than focusing on isolated symptoms.

Jeanne Sandheinrich, DC, CC
Jeanne Sandheinrich, DC, CC. has a BS in Biology from Webster University (2009), a BS in Human Biology from Logan University (2011), and a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Logan University (2013). She opened a practice with her husband after graduating from Logan. 1st Step Family Wellness in St. Louis, MO is a Family Wellness practice with a special focus on pediatric cranial work. Dr. Jeanne is working towards being a certified craniopath through SORSI. She loves to learn and continues to advance her knowledge in neurodevelopment, methylation, chronic infection, enzyme therapy and digestion, and more. Her primary techniques in the office are SOT, NET, diversified, and acupuncture. She and her husband, Dr. Ryan, have 3 children and on their free time love to go on hikes, are avid soccer players, and love boating.

Jerry Hochman, DC, FICS
Dr. Hochman is a 40+ year practitioner and teacher of SOT® Technic. He has served on the research board and the regular board of SORSI several times. He was awarded the SORSI President's award for a series of SOT® articles published in Today's Chiropractic that clarified SOT® Technic for many people; and the D.I.C.S. And F.I.C.S. for published research. He was SORSI Chiropractor of the Year and also received a Lifetime Achievement Award from SORSI for a lifetime of SOT® teaching.

Jesus Rolon Pagan, DC, CP
Dr. Jesus Rolon knew from a young age that he wanted to help people heal without relying on medication, which led him to chiropractic. After earning his bachelor’s degree, he attended Life University, where he discovered the power of chiropractic care and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2020. While at Life, he served as president of the SOT® Club and became certified in both Activator Methods® and SOT® Technic.
Passionate about serving others, Dr. Rolon founded the nonprofit Healing the World, providing chiropractic care to underserved communities around the globe. He is inspired by chiropractic’s ability to empower the body to heal naturally and restore hope to patients.
Outside the practice, Dr. Rolon enjoys spending time with his son, family, and staying active through walking and running.

John Crescione, DC, DICS
Dr. John Crescione has been involved with SORSI since 1986 and has held all positions within SORSI over the years. A favorite Instructor with Students and Doctors alike, his dynamic and down to earth presentations make many difficult subjects easier to grasp. He is a diplomate in Craniopathy and has been pioneering SOT® Method in the areas of Sexual Dysfunction. With this 2 part seminar series, he brings his years in the gym business, his 30 plus years of communication skills in practice, and as an expert communicator and motivator to the area of "how" to talk to people to get them from the street to the office and to commit to chiropractic care.

Kent Johnson, DC, CC
Dr. Johnson is a native of Washington, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Trinity High School in 1994, he attended Washington and Jefferson College for his undergraduate studies. He then attended Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri where he received his second bachelor's degree, this time in Human Biology in 2000, as well as a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2002.
In 2011, Dr. Johnson earned his SOT(R) Method Advanced Practitioner Certification from SORSI. Dr. Johnson is also a Certified Craniopath by SORSI Certified Mercier Therapy Practitioner and a Certified GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) Practitioner.
Growing up working on his farm, Dr. Johnson has always appreciated the importance of good health. He believes that good health is achieved by eating pure clean healthy foods and keeping your body balanced structurally. It is for this reason that he has dedicated his life to helping others live the best quality life possible.

Kephra Froehlich, DC, CC
Dr. Kephra, a 2003 graduate of Palmer Chiropractic College, has practiced in Spain, New Zealand, and Ireland, and is now based in Barcelona. He is the owner of Pura Vida Chiropractic, a multi-clinic practice that also serves as a teaching facility. He is a tenured professor and head of SOT® methods at Barcelona Chiropractic College, where he also leads the SOT® club.
He has taught for organizations including SORSI, SOTO Europe, and national chiropractic associations in Spain and Mexico. He was named Chiropractor of the Year by BCC in 2018 and SORSI in 2020.
Dr. Froehlich discovered SOT® in 2011, which significantly improved patient outcomes and inspired him to share the technique with other chiropractors. He values its impact on both his patients and his family life. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Alicia and their two daughters, Aya and Anika.

Kristian Kittl, DC, AP
Dr. Kristian Kittl brings over a decade of clinical experience and runs a patient-centered chiropractic practice in Berlin focused on precision, compassion, and effective results.
He earned his Heilpraktiker qualification in 2012 and completed a Master of Science in Chiropractic in 2018, combining advanced manual techniques with an evidence-informed approach.
Active in SOTO Europe since 2017, Dr. Kittl completed his SOT Proficiency in 2019, served on the SOTO Europe Board of Directors from 2020–2023, and worked as a seminar instructor across Europe. In 2023, he earned the Advanced SOT® Proficiency certification from SORSI, one of the highest international distinctions in the SOT® community.
Committed to ongoing education and professional growth, Dr. Kittl values wellbeing, movement, and family life as a husband and father of two.

Leo Hart, DC, CC
Dr. Leo Hart, a South Florida native, was introduced to chiropractic care as a high school athlete, shaping his career path. He later embraced its holistic philosophy and graduated from Life University in 1998.
Motivated by a family illness, he expanded into functional medicine, focusing on nutrition and lifestyle-based care. He has advanced training in Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), serves on the SORSI board, teaches seminars, and is a certified Craniopath. He also holds a fellowship in Childhood Neurodevelopmental Disorders.
Dr. Hart lives in Stuart, Florida with his wife Jody and their three children, and enjoys traveling and family time.

Marc G. Pick, DC, FICS, DACNB
Marc G. Pick, DC, FICS, DACNB is a Doctor of Chiropractic with a private practice in Beverly Hills, California since 1973. In a desire to enhance his services, he attended Emperors College of Traditional Oriental Medicine from 1987-92, and in 1997, he completed the American Chiropractic Association's 300-hour postgraduate course in Neurology for which he currently holds his Diplomate status through the American Chiropractic Neurology Board.
He earned his Diplomate and Fellowship status in Craniopathy through the International Craniopathic Society sponsored by the Sacro-Occipital Research Society International (SORSI) and has lectured since 1979 throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Japan, Korea, Australia, England, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands and Switzerland.

Mark Cochran, DC, AP
Dr. Mark William Cochran is a holistic doctor whose visionary philosophy has grown from more than 20 years as a healing facilitator, and from his own healing journeys with arthritis and cancer. He emerged from these challenges healthier and happier than ever.
Mark is a thought leader in today's complex healthcare landscape, espousing the value of health challenges as opportunities for deep healing and growth. His simple yet powerful message is: “Empower your potential, not your problems.”
Mark graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic and holds a B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Idaho.

Micah Sasser, DC, AP
I was born and raised in Eden, NC. I grew up on a 100-acre “hobby” farm with my 4 siblings. My father is an M.D. and has been practicing family medicine for the past 40 years. My mother stayed home and homeschooled all 5 of us kids K-12.
After graduating high school I attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and received my bachelor’s in Kinesiology. I then attended Logan University and received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree in December of 2021. I tell everyone that coming to Logan was the best decision I ever made because I met my lovely wife while in school. Hannah is from Waterloo, Illinois so I have learned a lot about St. Louis from her and her family.
I have a passion for providing chiropractic care to all members of the family!
I like practicing with the Sacro-Occipital Technic® which is a system of analysis that includes cranial work and it can really help people in my experience and allow me to know exactly where the body would like to be adjusted.

Michael Cindrich, DC, DICS
Mike Cindrich, DC, DICS, graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 1980. Dr. Mike has been an integral part of SORSI for many years. He has served on the board of research, as well as Chairman of the Board of Examiners. He currently serves as the Vice President of Education and is a favored instructor at SORSI.

Michael Longyear, DC, DACNB, CCSP
Dr. Michael Longyear is the Director of Chiropractic Neurology at Brain
Optimization Institute in Jacksonville, Florida. An international teacher and author
in functional neurology, he is passionate about advancing brain-based rehabilitation
and clinical excellence. Having overcome paralysis after being told he’d never walk
again, Dr. Longyear believes no one should accept their “new normal.” He actively
contributes to research projects that further functional neurology and the
chiropractic profession worldwide.

Ned Heese, DC, FICS
Dr. Heese has been involved in the De Jarnette Methods of Sacro Occipital Technic for 45 years, in practice and as an instructor at Cleveland University, Kansas City. He has taught SOT® Methods as the elective at Cleveland for 28 years. He began attending SORSI seminars becoming a lead instructor and presenter. He wrote several papers outlining methods of SOT® that worked toward his earning a Fellowship in 1993. He conducted a project using a chiropractic force table that measured the pressures applied in Cervical Stairstep Technique. It was accepted by RACC as a presentation at the Baltimore conference in the spring of 2019.

Nina Kennedy, DC, CP
Dr. Kennedy is a chiropractor, wife, and mother to Marco and Giuliana. Before becoming a chiropractor, she spent 15 years as a massage therapist at world-class resort spas, giving her a confident and compassionate touch in patient care.
At Enhanced Living, Dr. Kennedy focuses on gentle, low-force chiropractic care to restore proper nervous system function and improve overall wellness. Patients often experience relief from pain as well as improvements in headaches, allergies, and other symptoms.
She is trained in a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, BGI, Upper Cervical Toggle, and Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT®), which is her primary technique of choice.

Noel Taylor, DC, AP
Noel A. Taylor, MM, DC was born and raised in Tennessee, gave his first lecture-recital in Georgia at age 7, has a bachelor's degree in music from Oberlin College Conservatory of Music, a master's degree from Indiana University School of Music, extensive work experience in developmental disabilities and public transportation, his DC degree from Logan College of Chiropractic, has been in private practice in Columbus, Indiana since 1995, and is AP Certified in SOT(R). He has taught for SORSI since 2000, has served as a preceptor doctor for both Palmer and Logan students, and is SORSI's 2018 Chiropractor of the Year. He's an avid cyclist, and has been FCC licensed in the Amateur Radio Service for 42 years. Dr. Taylor and his wife Barbara celebrated their 45th wedding anniversary this year, and have two sons (one of whom is a DO), two grandsons, and two granddaughters.

Parker Dahlgren, DC, AP
Dr. Parker graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Miami in 2010 with degrees in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and History. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in 2014, also graduating Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Parker has practiced SOT® Methods at his clinic, Infinity Wellness in Eagan, Minnesota, since 2015. A member of SORSI since 2012, he earned his Advanced Proficiency Certification in SOT® Methods in 2019 and is currently pursuing Certified Craniopath certification. Outside the office, he enjoys playing with his wife and three children.

Ryan Sandheinrich, DC, CP
Dr. Ryan Sandheinrich is a chiropractor that was trained at Logan University and also has extensive training post grad in GI health and Enzyme therapy. He was born and raised near St. Louis and continues to help his community with many different types of health issues. This is accomplished with the combination of chiropractic care, GI health, enzyme therapy, and myofascial work. These are the tools that he used to recover his own health and now uses them to help people in his community regain their health as well.

Sheila Bochicchio, DC, CC
Sheila Bochicchio, DC, CC is a Graduate of Life University (formally Life Chiropractic College) in 1984. Dr. Sheila was first introduced to SOT® in 1980. She was active in SOT ® Club at Life University
for four years and President of SOT® Club 1983 to 1984. Attended all on campus SOT® seminars sponsored by SORSI. She has been a member of SORSI since 1984 and has accrued over 1100 hours SORSI seminars.
Dr. Sheila began table instructing in 1995. Began teaching First Study in 2006 to present at SORSI Homecoming. She was accepted to serve as a volunteer member of the SORSI Board of Directors in 2014-2015.Sorsi Board of Directors member from 2014 to 2018. Assistant to SORSI Board Executive Director conducting certification exams since 2014. Licensed in North Carolina, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Practicing Chiropractic in North Carolina since 1984 and in the Western District near Asheville, NC since 1994.

Shivani Patel, DC, CP
Dr. Shivani graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham before earning her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic–Florida, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
Her passion for chiropractic began when she witnessed her pregnant sister benefit from adjustments during a challenging pregnancy. Seeing firsthand how chiropractic supported her sister and nephew inspired her to serve families in the same way. Dr. Shivani is trained in Webster Technique, Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT®), and Applied Kinesiology. She values ongoing education and customizes care by blending techniques to meet each patient’s individual needs. She believes chiropractic is both gentle and powerful, helping the body better adapt to physical, chemical, and emotional stressors. Through specific adjustments, she works to restore balance and support the body’s natural ability to heal. Outside the office, she enjoys exploring New England, discovering new restaurants, and dancing.

Steven Apicerno, DC, AP
Dr. Apicerno Started his chiropractic career in 1984 attending National College of Chiropractic, graduating December 1987. While in college he participated in the motion palpation club, applied kinesiology club, student conseil. I attained my DC license in 1987, and acupuncture license. In 1992 I was introduced to SOT(R) and TMJ by Dr. Skipsted, Late 1990's I became active with the Florida Board as an examiner and monitor. Early to mid 2000,s I dove into SOT methods. Getting certified and advanced certified by 2009 & 2011. Soon elected on the board after my first year I then was elected as president and did that for 2 years. Since that time, I have enjoyed teaching and interacting with such great-likeminded doctors who continue to share knowledge on this great technique.

Susan Sykes, DC, AP
Dr. Susan Sykes, DC, has been in practice since 1989 and is the owner of Advance Chiropractic & Health Center. She specializes in Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT), a gentle and highly effective approach to chiropractic care.
Dr. Sykes has extensive experience addressing conditions such as fibromyalgia, digestive and thyroid disorders, and neurological challenges including ADHD. Her practice also incorporates acupuncture, Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET), massage therapy, therapeutic exercise, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, Kinesio Taping, and BrainCore® neurofeedback.
She is passionate about helping patients achieve lasting health naturally by supporting the body’s innate ability to heal and regulate itself.

Teresa D'Aversa-Johnson, DC, AP
Dr. D'Aversa is originally from South Jersey just a short drive away from the Philadelphia area. She graduated from Triton Regional High School in 1995. She then attended Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey, graduating in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in Biology. While attending Rowan, she worked as a certified personal trainer and became focused on not only living a healthy lifestyle, but helping others do the same. At that point, Dr. D'Aversa, a long time chiropractic patient herself, saw an opportunity to help even more people. She then decided to attend Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2002.
In 2011, Dr. D'Aversa has additional certification in SOT(R) Method from SORSI, Mercier Therapy Practitioner, Certification for GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome) Practitioner. In her passion to help people., Chiropractic and improved nutrition has become the avenue for her to do that.
